01

Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the public website and the TagLyght platform used by brands, creators, teams and invited users. By creating an account or using an authenticated feature, users confirm that they have legal capacity and authority to act for themselves or the organization they represent.

02

Accounts, teams and security

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and multifactor or WebAuthn methods, grant team permissions only to authorized people and report suspicious access. Actions performed through an account remain attributable to it until access is effectively blocked, subject to applicable law.

03

Acceptable use

TagLyght may be used for legitimate content, campaign, social-channel and collaboration work. It must not be used to violate law or third-party rights, bypass security or consent, distribute malicious or deceptive content, scrape abusively or publish AI output without appropriate review.

04

Features, content and intellectual property

Features can include AI-assisted creation, imports, calendars, social publishing, profiles, proposals, deliverables, usage rights, metrics and team management. Users retain their existing rights and must hold every necessary content, image, music, voice, privacy and distribution permission.

05

Creator collaborations and payments

The product can record proposals, deliverables, usage rights, prices, statuses and payment references. Unless a final contract says otherwise, brands and creators remain responsible for identity checks, commercial terms, taxes, invoices, disclosures, payments and performance of their agreement.

06

Third-party services and availability

Connected authentication, AI and social providers remain subject to their own terms and can impose limits or outages. TagLyght cannot promise uninterrupted availability, commercial outcomes, social reach or complete accuracy of generated or imported information.

07

Suspension, termination and disputes

Access may be restricted to protect users, investigate abuse, address a valid order or correct a security risk. Cancellation and subscription effects follow the confirmations shown in the relevant flow, without limiting mandatory rights and dispute-resolution mechanisms under applicable law.
